Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer size exchanges. If the size you ordered does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size.
Exchange window
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to start an exchange. Please email us before sending anything back.
Condition
Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached, in the condition you received them. Include a note with your order number and the size you would like instead.
Shipping
You pay the shipping to send the item back to us. We cover the shipping to send your replacement size out to you.
How an exchange works
1. Email [info@hbcollections.net] with your order number and the size you need.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Post the item back and share the tracking number if you have one.
4. Once it arrives and we have checked it, we send your new size within 2-5 business days.
Sale items
Sale items can be exchanged for a different size within the same 7-day window.
If something is wrong with your order
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, and we will cover postage both ways.
